The Now-to-Next (NtN) Blueprint® facilitation & strategy program will be structured around the following components:

Gap Analysis

The program will begin with a comprehensive gap analysis to evaluate the current state, strengths and weaknesses, and areas for improvement. This analysis will be conducted through a combination of surveys, interviews, and assessments.

Value KEYS™

The program will utilize the Value KEYS™ approach to help organizations grow and reach their full potential. The Value KEYS™ approach focuses on four key areas: knowledge, experience/exposure, potential, and self-leadership. Each strategy session will be structured around one or more of these areas to support the organization's process of growth.

Strategy Sessions

The program will consist of a series of strategy sessions that focus on the specific areas identified through the gap analysis. The sessions will be tailored to meet each organization's unique needs and cover topics such as executive and leadership development, team building, goal setting, and communication skills.

BRICKS™
